We take great pride in our work.  Each design is tested to insure its quality prior to listing on the site.  Due to the digital nature of our products and the many variances among machines, there will be no refunds. 

These designs are digital designs and require an embroidery machine to sew.  These designs are not iron on or sew on patches.

Please do not share, copy or sell our designs to any one else.  You may sell the items you created by using our designs.
